Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website that references this Privacy Policy, any Company website, our official mobile software applications, data collected across partnered and unaffiliated sites, as well as in-person transactions and services provided at any of our physical storefront locations. For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at http://www.shopatcloves.com, through our mobile application, or in-person at any of our physical brick-and-mortar retail locations. “You” refers to you, as a user of the Service.

We may collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information” about you depending on your interactions with our platforms and physical retail stores. 1. V. PLATFORM HOSTING AND POINT OF SALE (VORI)
Our digital shopping application and Point of Sale (POS) system are hosted by Vori, Inc. (“Vori”). Vori provides us with the commercial platform that allows us to manage inventory, catalog products, handle checkout, and provide the overarching Service to you across our physical and digital storefronts. Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Vori’s specialized servers and cloud infrastructure. By using the Service, you consent to Vori’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with Vori’s shopper privacy policy.
VI. YOUR RIGHTS AND MARKETING OPT-OUTS
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing and promotional purposes. When we send promotional communications or announcements to a user via Vori, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each individual marketing e-mail or SMS text message. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by unsubscribing, we may continue to send you critical administrative communications, including periodic updates to our Privacy Policy or emergency order notifications.
VII. AGE OF CONSENT
By using the Service, making purchases at our retail locations, or accessing our platforms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
VIII. MERGER OR ACQUISITION
In the event that the Company (or Vori) undergoes a business transition such as a merger, corporate acquisition by another entity, or a sale of all or a portion of assets, your Personal Information may be among the business assets transferred.
